    Massacre In Elaine,Arkansas
    Between April and November of 1919 there over 25 or more rights and with the hatred of African American mobs. there were also a total of 97 lynchings and a three day long massacre in Elaine Arkansas meaning that there was a total of 200 African American deaths during these months including African American men,women,as well as children after black sharecroppers tried to make better working conditions. The same months the government also shut down the klu klux clan after the civil war

     African-American teenager drowned in Lake Michigan
    On July,17,1919 a African American teenager drowned in the Lake Michigan the teenager was violating the beach unofficial segregation of Chicago beaches and he was stoned to death by a group of white boys and he was hit to hard on the head in the water and soon drowned in the water. police soon did arrive but didn't arrest the white boys. The teenager death sparked riots in streets by African Americans and White supporters of the teens death.
