In 1919, the Treaty of Versailles was able to create the League of Nations at the same time. Eventually, the League of Nations desintagrated due to their lack of strength during WW1. -

The United Nations creates the International Court of Justice so only countries can bring cases, and must agree with the courts decition once the decition is made. -

In 1991, the United Nations would hold a conference that would strengthen international cooperation towards ending illegal trade of small arms. Thanks to this, millions of children deaths were erradicated. -
The Human Rights Council Flourishes in the United Nations
In 2006, the United Nations replaced the Human Rights Commission with the Human Rights Council, which has a higher power since it's directly connected to the General Assembly (the main body in the UN). -
The United Nations Rakes 192 Member Countries
By 2008, the United Nations had an official of 192 member countries, which have never left the UN (Except Indonesia in 1965, for a short period).
