    The Battle of the Bapheus happened on July 27, 1302, it was the first battle the Ottoman Empire fought. The Ottoman Empire won the battle and took Byzantine Bithynia.

    After Osman died in February of 1324 his son took over. Orhan Gazi was the son that took over. Originally the oldest son is the successor and Orhan did gain the title of Emperor but he askes his brother to share the empire with him.

    The Siege of Bursa began in 1317 but the battle finally ended on April the 6th of 1326. The battle ended when the Ottoman decided to make up a plan to take over Bursa, they didn't have much experience with taking over cities but despite that they won. During this time is when Osman 1 died. This battle was against the Byzantines.

    This battle was the first major battle of the First Crusade. This battle took place from May 14th through the 19th of June in 1097.

    This battle was between the Ottoman and the Byzantines. The battle started on June 10th of 1329 and ended on June 11th of the same year. The Ottoman won this battle.

    Orhan died in the year 1362 and his son became the new accession to the throne. His son, Murad, became Emperor In March of 1362.

    Battle of Sirpsindigi
    The Battle of Sirpsindigi was a sudden night raid started by the Ottoman. The Ottoman destroyed the Serbian army which is why the battle is named Sirpsindigi. Sirp means "Serbian" and sindigi meaning destruction.

    Edirne Conquered
    The Ottoman conquered Edirne during the Conquest of Adrianople. Edirne was originally named Adrianople until the name was changed by Murad. Edirne was the capital of the Ottoman Empire until 1453.

    Battle of Kosovo
    This battle ended with the Ottoman Empire gaining major lands and the Princes of Serbia and Byzantine as Murad's vassal. Murad died in the battle Murad's son, Bayezid killed his younger brother, Yakub Çelebi, because he heard of their father's death and became the sole heir to the Ottoman throne.
