  • Challenger

    A failed mision. This space shuttle blew up on the way up to the atmosphere, 7 passengers died. The Challenger's mission was to deploy the second Tracking and Data Relay Satellite and the Spartan Halley's Comet observer.

  • Atlantis

    This mission lasted 6 days 22 hours and 50 minutes
    The crew was Mario Runco, James S. Voss, F. Story Musgrave and Thomas J. Hennen. it was a department of defense mission.

    the mishen lasted 10 days, 19 hours, 58 minutes and it went 4.5 million miles. This mission's purpose was to make sure the international space station spread it's wings
