In A.D. 476, the Roman Empire fell. There are many reasons for the fall of this empire. The most common reason for their fall was the huge migration of people going to find new places to live. Other reasons include the plague, which left many people scarred if not dead, and the lack of unity in Rome at the time. -

The Black Plague spread from Asia to Europe in the mid 14th century. It was believed to be spread by the rats that scurried their way onto trade boats. The Black Plague killed 1/3 of the population of Europe leaving the rest permanently scarred and utterly devastated. -

Charlemagne became the ruler of the Roman Empire in 768. He ruled for 16 years and was a very good ruler. He believed in the Christian way and his only downfall was his comitting sinful acts in the name of God. -
