Napoleon made himself the Emperor. He is now the highest ranking person in France. -

This was a blockade of Britian. It was designed to destroy the British trade. -

This was important because he was the heir to the throne. Since he was the heir to the throne Napoleon gave him the title King of Rome. -

He quickley raised an army and tried to get back his throne. This army was wanting to bring about Napoleon's return to the throne. -

Napoleon raised an army of people wanting to see him back on the throne and was leading them in an attack. They were defeated at Waterloo. -

He thought he was going to be exiled to America but he was exiled to St. Helena instead. St. Helena was a barren island so he had no chance of escape. -

He most likely died of stomach cancer. This happened to him after being exiled.
