    This Act allowed Hitler to become a dictator and let him enact laws and practices without the approval of the parliament or government.
  • 1936 Berlin Olympics

    Hitler and the Nazi party hosted the Olympics in Berlin in 1936. They used the Olympics as a forum for propaganda. Many countries boycotted the Olympics because of Nazi practices.
  • Auschwitz Concentration Camp

    The Camp opened in 1939 and was expanded in 1940. Auschwitz was the main killing center for Jews and other persecuted people during the Holocaust.
