    For quite a while, quad skating had stopped in popularity but quickly rose up again when in the 50's, waitresses started to skate out customers food and it was so fun. The quad skates in this era were a lot safer and more comfortable but they had no toe stops so it was harder for people to stop.

    In the 70's and 80's, roller skates became wildly popular with the disco peoples. They changed some roller skates to have lower ankles and added toe stops for easier stopping. They also added lots of fun color varieties to fit the disco colors.

    In the 1990's, incline skating rose to the top. Incline skating is also known as rollerblading in today's times. It's a type of roller skate that instead of 2 wheels on the front and 2 wheels on the back it has one line of about 4 wheels. It's a challenge to learn how to balance but it's really fun.

You can buy them in any color or design and now, they even have shoes where you pop out the wheels and roller skate around. They're super cool!
