Old airplane models.
Airplanes back in the days were nothing like the airplanes we have in today's world. In fact, the Wright Brothers were American inventors and pioneers of aviation. The thought of an aircraft was thought of in 1900. There are many types of different types of vintage aircrafts, older and newer models.

Old model airplane engines.
As we all know, airplanes run by the engine. However, back in the day there were so much different and smaller. The first vintage airplane inline engine was built by Charlie Taylor in 1903, the first airplane was a wright flyer with 12 horsepower.

Old modeled cockpits.
Every airplane has a cockpit, this is what controls the airplane. The cockpits back in the 1900s were a lot smaller and had a lot less controls. However, most of these old modeled vintage airplanes are also biplanes, meaning your head is out of the airplane. These types of aircrafts were also invented in 1903.

Automatic Gyrostabilizer.
In 1914, the Automatic Gyrostabilizer was invented by Elmer Sperry. The Automatic Gyrostabilizer is a autopilot system, it allows the aircraft to fly correctly straight without the pilot controlling it.

Airmail.
Airmail is a way to transport mail by aircraft, it transport mail faster than by a vehicle or train. In 1918, airmail by aircraft was thought of. Two years later on February 22, 1920 the first airmail service arrives in New York.

Radios in these aircrafts.
In 1932 there were radios put in these vintage airplanes. Their purposes are to help them communicate with people on the ground, the airlines are now using these radios to keep up with weather information.

Pressurized cabins.
Pressurized cabins allow air to be pushed into the aircraft so that they can fly higher without getting sick or passing out. The pressurized cabins were placed in these aircrafts in 1940.
