This is when FDR's alphabet soup came into play and begin to inspire Americans who were miserable in the Great Depression. The CCC was the Civilian Conservation Corps, one of the programs in Alphabet Soup and it helped Americans see the beauty and nature they installed telephone poles and protected us against any more furthering dilemmas such as floods or forest fires.

WPA is Created

This is when the Works Progress Administration was created by Franklin D. Roosevelt. It was evidently important to the Great Depression for it was one of several attempts at relief during the time period, helping job seekers and constructing new homes for people to live in.

J.J. Braddock Wins Heavyweight Boxing Title

This is when James Braddock won the Heavyweight Boxing Title and this was important to Americans during the Great Depression because it felt as though America had won again despite all of the suffering people went through.
