The whites attuides towards the indiginous Australians began to change, for example they were able too, enrol for voting, drink in hotels, travel without any restrictions , etc. -
Freedom Riders Protest for Equal Rights
Aboriginal activist leader, Charles Perkins, made a bus tour in New South Wales. They protested about discrimination in shops, bars, clubs, swimming pools and theatres.
