The birth
Born in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. Child number 5 out of 6 siblings. He was born into a Christian family but was raised to be opened-minded and come up with new ideas. -
Education
He enrolled at the University of Edinburg at the age of 16. He was hoping to complete the medicine degree but found out he couldn't stomach the sight of blood and/or cutting into someone. -
Try again at Cambridge
At the age of 18, since plans to become a doctor were no longer in his career path, he changed his studies to a career in the church. He enrolled into Divinity at Cambridge. He used this as a stepping stone due to him not fondly believing in God, but training as a clergyman helped him to pursue his passion in biology. -
Graduation
Instead of studying church and clergy, he spent his time collecting beetles and walking on the Fen River observing nature. Eventually graduating in 1831, but not pursuing a job as a Cleric. -
5 year voyage
He was offered to sail the world on the HMS Beagle. He travels to 4 different continents where he collected different specimens and study the geology of the areas. -
The Galapagos Island
This is where he studied finches, tortoises, and mockingbirds. -
Back home- Natural Selection
He was back home and able to discuss and present his findings to the rest of the scientist. This is where he presented his evolution of "Natural Selection". -
Darwin and Wallace
Darwin and Russel Wallace teamed up to write the theory of evolution, Natural selection. It was present to the Linnean Society. This was Britain's leading natural history body. -
The Origin of Species
Darwin publishes The Origin of Species. -
The Descent of Man

The final ending
He was very ill but still kept working until his death. He was buried at Westminster Abbey
