Why it was invented ?
It was invented to see objects more closely and in detail -
Five diferent models (evolution)
1- It was 40 cm. We a mirror under the deck that facilitates sight
2- Too of 40 cm but with a cylindricas system
3- Was of 32 cm with a mirror
4- Was of 28 cm, monocular
5- Now about all new they come in all sized with more then 1 lens and you can see very smalls objects
