MUD
1979 holds an invention that is quite important to the gamer steriotype. Without it, we wouldn't have such great games such as Uncharted 3, Drakes Deception, (I chose it because I like it) But let's cut to the chase. On the year 1979, MUD, short for Multiuser Dungeun, was created, the earliest form of multiplayer games. It looks like MS DOS to me. -

In 2005, the free online video hostng website we all know and love was invented, Youtube. Yes, admit it, We as humans still use it today as part of our daily entertainment -
The Internet today
There's no doubt about it.We as humans can unite as one, and say that we have it easy today. Before, there was no such thing as a DNS server and you had to type down the IP adress, and the only thing that came close to games such as Second life looked likeyou are trying to run an MS DOS computer game. Back then it was a whole different story. -
The Future
But this thing isn't over. I think that in the future, multiplayer games will be crystal clear, wepages can be acessed by the press of a button, and Facebook would have bested Mcdonalds and took over the world... But maily, the internet will be much smarter than us. Even pure genius, can not beat it -
