Election Day
November 8th, 2008 was previous voting day. Citizens can come out to vote for who the believe should become the next president. Nationwide event. Early voting is acceptable for some persons. -
Electoral College
Each state's electors gather and cast votes for president. Congress meets to count the votes and determine who will be the next president.
