Lost some amazing family members
Between the ages of 9 to 11, I lost my Papa, Nana, and Aunt Celeste. At this point in time it was hard to understand death but after the first loss of my Papa the world seemed to make sense to me. I was with my Papa holding his hand at Hospice Savannah. I understood that when one passes it's just the beginning of another journey in heaven. After seeing the passing of these three people in my life I learned that life is short and it has been significant because it's something I will never forget -
September 11th
On September 11th, 2001 the planes took out the Twin Towers. This was a significant time to me because it's something I will never forget. I was in my 7th grade math class at Dutch Fork Middle School. It was the first attack I had ever witnessed in the US. Not only did I hear about it but it was on tv and I saw the second plane fly into the building. -
Got Awesome Braces.
The greatest time in my life..well, as most know they are not fun. This was basically a start into my "teenage" years. It was a sign for me of growing up. -
Baptized.
I was baptized at my church, First Baptist Irmo, in June of 2003. This was a new start to better myself and change my life to help out others. -
LUAMUMSM!
LUAMUMSM- LOVE YOU AND MISS YOU MY SECOND MOMMY! My best friend's mom passed away this day. She was my second mom who took me on all their family vacations with them. She taught me a lot just as my own mom has done. The day she passed was a very emotional day in my life and I learned that everyone has their time. I now have a sand dollar tattoo on my back that reminds me of her because we had a joke about one at the beach and it always made us laugh. -
My First Job!
In December of 2006 I got my first job at American Eagle in Columbiana Mall. I was a sales associate and greeter. This taught me the importance of saving money and being independent. -

Started Dating My High School Sweetheart AGAIN
We dated in high school and then reconnected back in 2009 and have been together since. This may not seem big but to me it has been my first serious relationship that I believe will last a lifetime. -
The Big 21st Birthday!
This may not seem significant to some but I never had a big sweet 16 or anything like that. I believe my 21st was a milestone of saying i'm now a "grown up." -

Three horrible events from 2012-2013
-Aurora theater shooting, Colorado
-Sandy Hook Elementary School, Conneticut
-Boston marathon bombing, Massachusetts These three events have occured in the past year here in the US. Although I knew no one involved in these horrible events, as an American citizen, it hits hard to home. These events have shaped everyone in some sort of way. Life is short and you must always be cautious now of your surroundings. -
Got my first puppy, BLAIR <3
