Girls are caught dancing in the woods. They begin to act sick. Rev Parris begins to cry over his daughters bed and pray she gets better. -
Tituba accused
Tituba is accused of witchcraft and and confesses about trafficking with the devil. She gets saved by Rev Hale and becomes a believer of God. -
Betty awakens
Betty wakes in front of a huge group of people and tells them who she saw dancing in the woods with the devil. She try's to save her and her friends from getting in trouble. -
The trials begin
Everyone is being accused of traficking with the devil by Abigail Williams and the girls. They don't want to confess and get in trouble about making potions to get boys to like them. ev Hale arrives with other members of Court and uncovers a poppit with a sewing needle in it. Rev Hale believes that the poppit belongs to Elizabeth Proctor, but it is actually owned by Mary Warren, Elizabeth's house keeper. -
Proctor's secret revealed
After Elizabeth Proctor to is accused of witchcraft, Proctor goes into court and confesses his relationship with Abigail Williams. Elizabeth goes and confesses the relationship and says she has no intention that John had already admitted to Adultery -
Mary's "witchcraft"
After multiple people being accused of witchcraft, Abigail and the other girls are taken into the courtroom with John and Elizabeth Proctor. Mary Warren tells who made the poppet, and Abigail and the other girls act like Mary Warren is cursing them with witchcraft and start seeing a yellow light and start mimicking Mary's every word. -
Proctors agreement
Proctor confesses to Mr. Putnam, that he never saw anyone with the Devil. After saying what he confessed, Proctor signs a legal document for the people of the church that he was sentenced to witchcraft -
Proctors change in mind
After signing, He agreed that he did see people with the Devil but never described names, and Proctor gets taken away by the Court and gets sentenced to hanging. "Just let me keep my name" -
The hanging
Proctor is hanged for the confessing to witchcraft. He didn't want to see his family's name soiled because his name meant independent and didn't want his family living with a rancid name. -
Proctors confession
John Proctor arrives at his home and tells his wife Elizabeth about his affair with Abigail Williams. They're relationahip seems distant and cold towards each other.
