Candle clock
It consisted of a candle and a vertical base that have marks on it, so, as the candle consumed the numbers became visible on the base, and the hour was known.
China was the creator of this clock. Also incense clocks with the same principle where created during that years. -

Hourglass or sand clock
The hourglass consisted on passing sand from a large part of a recipient made of glass trough a small hole to get to another large part another part. Their principal materials where glass and wood.
May have been created in Italia, near the one that first documented the sand clock existence: Ambrogio Lorenzetti (1290 – 1348), Italian painter. -
Pendulum clock
It consists of a pendulum that activates the mechanism of the clock through its movements. Thanks to this continuous system is became the most accurate clock invented till that time.
Created by Christian Huygens (1629-1695) inspired by Galileo Galilei (1564-1642), and created in Netherlands. -
Atomic clock
These clocks are the most specific device that calculates time. They are made of metal, hydrogen or rubidium vapor. They have a very, but very small error range: 1 second every 300 years.

Smart watches
Since 1972 watches have had an impressive development, people became more interested in having watches that could be used in not only one way, so first digital made watches where created. Then in the 2000 the firs watch with a mini screen appeared, but its features where pretty bad. -
Smart watches 2
Finally in 2012 the smart watch fight started, first some companies made their watches with screens that included some games, but as we get coser to 2017, watches began including music, sport guidelines, maps, photos, etc. This know is leaving apart the firs purpose of watches that is give the hour, but it has worked well so far.
