The French and Indian war was what started the Taxing and revolution because if it had have happened we probably would have never started a revolution. -

The Stamp act was the first tax that the British made the colonists pay they taxed cards, newspapers, dice, and several other stuff. -

The Boston Tea Party played an important role in the American Revolution because it was basically the start of the war, and supposedly said to the British we won't pay this tax. -

This act was important because the British wanted to show that they weren't gonna let the Boston Tea Party slide, the British were in even more debt by this point. -

The Continental Congress played a VERY important role in America's Revolution they united all the states together which made fighting easier. -

The Minute Men were probably the most experienced fighters during the revolution they would fight anywhere in a minute notice hence why there called minutemen. -
"Give Me Liberty of Give Me Death" Speech
Usually, when you on a sports team in the locker room on your playoff game your coach will usually give a speech that will pump up all your teammates, this was that speech but for Justice. It played an important role because it got everyone hyped to go fight a long war. -
Battle of Lexington and Concord
This was an important battle because it was the first battle in the revolution this had the first shot at an English soldier that was later considered the shot heard around the world. -
Green Mountain Boys
The Green Mountain Boys were a militia that lived in Vermont and while Ethan Allen was traveling with his troops he found the Green Mountain Boys and they joined his army. The Green Mountain boys helped in a lot of battle against the British. -
Battle of Bunker Hill
The Battle of Bunker hill was important because it showed the American colonists had a good army because even though the colonist had way less than the British, they still almost beat them. -
The Declaration of Independence
The Declaration of Independence was possibly the most important thing of our revolution, it was a letter to the British saying that we will not stand these taxes anymore and that we will become our own countries and that was an important message. -
Hessians Arrive in America
The Hessian soldiers were a downside to our revolution because we could've lost if they had more but luckily our army was stronger and trained more properly then the Hessians and the Brtish. -
Battle of Saratoga
The battle of Saratoga was good because if the British advanced any further they would've cut off the colonist from each other. -
French Alliance
The French alliance was good because while the Britsh had the Hessians we had French troops to help us fight. -
Treaty of Paris
The Treaty of Paris was a milestone for the colonists it basically stated that George lll surrenders and that America is yours and we don't want it anymore.
