French and indian war!
The time for the seven year war, or as we know the french and indian war. This was a big cause to the American Resolution. The year of the "french and Indian war" was 1754 and ended in 1763 -
The proclamation
After the French and Indian war the spanish took over the french's land and the british had won that long and hard fight along with being in debt for 14,000,000 dollars. So Kind gorge the Third had made a proclamation to stop everyone moving to the french's land. But some did not listen since most of them fought hard and worked together for their freedom. -
Declaratory act
This act was about how the people for England would get a less if a punishment. For example, some of the people from England would go to Boston and the King (George the third) would send the people back to England that were originally from England. So the judge would ask for their people opinion which normally would back them up a little more. On the other hand people in boston would have to suffer the more harsh consequences. -
stamp act
The stamp act was one of the most rivaling act's. The stamp act was after the french and indian war witch had used a lot of the king's money and he was NOT happy. For example the connons,the guns,and so on had put the in debt, Around 14,000,000. That caused them to tax everyone. And no one agreed with that and so the patriots dumped all of King Gorges the 3rd tea into the ocean. -
Quatering act
The Quartering act was when King George the third put his foot down. he was tired of his colonists rebelling. So he send soldiers into the colonists homes to show he wasn't going to take it. So after that he told everyone they had no choice but too fend for these troops. And that just made the colonists/patriots more mad.
