The purpose was to try to secure the support of the Iroquois in fighting the French, and to form a colonial alliance based on a design by Benjamin Franklin. -
The French and Indian War
It lasted for seven years.It had enormous territoral gains. The war led to colnial discontent. -

Boston Tea Party
The British impossed a tax on tea because they needed money to fund their military, especially the Navy. The American's didnt want to pay the tax so they threw the tea in the water to aviod paying the tax. -
The First Continental Congrress
They set up as meeting and it had to be approved. The wanted to protest the intolerable acts. -
Battles of Lexiington and Concord
There were shots towards the Britsh and the Americans. The americans had stockpiles of weapons. -
Battle of Bunker Hill
The people had come to Bunker Hill and bothered the people then they got mad and the war started. -
Declerratrion of Independence
They signed it.
