Becoming an Officer in The French Army
When he turned 20 he became a lieutenant. He drove British forces out of the French port of Toulon. He won mulitple victories against the Austrians and captured most of northern Italy and forcing the Hapsburg emperor to make peace. -
Military Campaign in Egypt and Syria
He led an epedition to Egypt to disrupt British trade with India. It ende up being a disaster but Napoleon managed to hide stories of the worst losses. -
Napoleonic Code
A list of new laws for French citizens that Napoleon made himself. It took four years to make and made the authority of men over their families stronger, deprived women of any individual rights, and reduced the rights of illegitimate children. -
Napoleon's Coronation
Napoleon became Emperor of the French and invited the Pope to the coronation in Paris. During the ceremony he took the crown from the pope's hands and put it on his own head to show that he owed his throne to no one but himself. -

Napoleon prepared to invade England. At the Battle of Trafalgar he fought off the southwest coast of Spain, British Admiral Horatio Nelson smashed the French fleet. -

Was a military compact of the Napoleonic Wars. Ended in a victory for Emperor Napoleon I's French and allied army against the Austrian army. -

Napoleon's Exile to Elba
Napoleon was dethroned and left France for the isle of elba. He was exiled under the terms of the Treaty of Fontainebleau. He would be allowed to rule Elba which had 12,000 citizens. -
Napoleon's Return
Napoleon sneaked past his guards and escaped Elba. French police forces were sent to arrest him but they endeed up kneeling before him. Paris welcomed him with celebration. -
The Battle of Waterloo
Took place in Belgium and marked the final defeat of Napoleon. Napoleon had rose the ranks of the French army during the French Revolution. Through a series of wars he ended up expanding his empire. -
Napoleon's Exile to St. Helena
Napoleon dies as a British prisoner on the remote island of St. Helena in the southern Atlantic Ocean. -
Coup D'etat
Was staged by Napoleon. Ended the successful dissolution of the French National Assembly.
