This was the time where humanity and philosophy. They drew inspiration from the works of the old Greek and Romans. There was an idealogy that was a mixture of the Roman Catholic Church and other thinkers such as Plato. Trade was flourishing between city states, and the arts were excelling. There were many styles being indroduced such as perspective and sculpting. -

The Reformation
Most people start the Reformation at whenever Martin Luther published his 99 Thesis. The printing press was made and was making books and novels that spread peoples beliefs all over. New religions were coming to be like Lutharism and Calvinism. The effect of all of the new religous and political freedom was many deaths and wars. -

The Scientific Revolution
Scientists and scholars had a growing view on the scientific world and this was the time the Scientific Method was born, changing the science world. People were doubting theories made beforehand and challenged these with inventions and exploration. Nicolus Copernicus was a very important person in the time because of his discoveries about the sun and planetary allignment. -

All around Europe different thinkers in different areas had different thoughts over things. There were people such as Voltaire that were questioning the mindset of generations before them. Religous views were growing, and also changing with more non religous people.
