First battle of the Texas Revolution. Texas, led by J.H. Moore fired off a tiny but loud cannon at the Mexican troops in Gonzales, Tx. The Mexican Troops then quickly retreated back to San Antonio. -
Consultation of 1835
Delegates gathered at San Felipe for a meeting. Delegates argued whether to continue to support Mexico. The Consultation voted against an immediated declaration of independence. -

Fannin and men were all executed after surrending to Mexica troops at Coleto Creek.
