    Adobe Photoshop
    Technology and art can be fascinating, especially to brothers Thomas and Knoll, the creators of Photoshop. They noticed that computers lacked editing features. They coded there own editing, sought investors, and Adobe caught an eye on them. Finally on February 1990 Adobe Photoshop was released to the public. Today Photoshop has evolved to an industry for photography, and has helped create designs.
  • PlayStation

    PlayStation
    The first PlayStation was actually released in Japan, and was sold for 37,000 yen or $387. Seeing the success of the PlayStation, the U.S. decided to sell the product on September 1995. By late 1990's Sony had become a popular console due to PlayStation. 18-29 year old were the target audience, they were the first generation to grow up playing video games.
  • DVD

    DVD
    Digital video disk or DVD, replacing VHS. DVD's were first made available to Japan in 1996, then to the U.S. in 1997. By 2003, DVD sales were greater than VHS, major U.S. retailers like Best Buy had made the decision to stop selling VHS. In June 2005, other stores have also agreed to phase out VHS completely for the popularity of DVD's. Today, DVD's are still popular but many movies or tv shows can also be streamed, and perhaps could to lead to a decline of DVD's in the future.
  • Nintendo 64

    Nintendo 64
    In Japan of 1996, Nintendo 64 became the first console to have an analog stick. In September 1996 it was released to the U.S. and became very popular. With advancements the Nintendo 64 went forward to releasing the GameCube, and now the Nintendo Switch.

    Google
    The co-founders of Google, Larry Page and Sergey Brin met at Stanford University. Together they built a search engine that used links to find specific pages on the World Web. Till now Google still helps us search for information and find products for people across the world.
