    A phonograph is a record player. It was originally created by Thomas Edison and it's used in households and elsewhere.
  • Headphones

    To listen to music and things(podcasts,videos,etc). Created by Nathaniel Baldwin and they're used everywhere.
  • Magnetic tape

    Preserves sounds, pictures and data in the form of electrical signals. This was created by Fritz Pfeumer. It's used in places where things are recorded.
  • AEG Magnetophon Tape Recorder

    It's a portable, self contained recorder. It was invented by German electronics company AEG. It's used in old recording studios, speech places, concerts, and operatic performances.
  • The Vocoder

    Originally made to decrease cost of long distance calls but no used for robotic sounds in music. Created by Bell Labs( the research division at AT&T). It's used in places old long distance calls were made from.
  • Multitrack Recording

    Infuse multiple simultaneous playing tracks into one storage medium. It was created by German audio engineers. It's used in recording places. It was created in the late 1940's.

    A small personal stereo, Invented by Sony, Kozo Ohsone and staff, It's used anywhere and everywhere because you can carry it everywhere.

    A magical place full of useful and useless things. It was created by Tim Berners-Lee and Robert Cailliau. It's used literally everywhere.
