Pagers were developed in the 1950's and 1960's by Alfred J. Gross, but become most popular by the late 80's to early 90's. Once cell phones and smartphones became prevalent pagers pretty much disappeared. -

The first Playstation was released in Japan in 1994 and made its way to the United states by 1995. The Playstation was invented by Ken Kutaragi and by 2005 had been the first ever game console to ship over 100 million units. -

The phone we all had as teenagers. This phone was released on September 1, 2000 which now makes this model 20 years old! -

Lets be honest, Myspace is what really started our social media spiral BUT Facebook took the spotlight! Facebook was created on February 4,2004 by Mark Zuckerberg. Mark created this social media platform while attending Harvard with the intent on connecting with other students. By the next day over 1,000 people had registered! -
Iphone
The very first iphone was released on June 29, 2007 by Steve Jobs. There have since been 10 different iphone models released! -
Instagram
Ahhh yes, another social media platform! Instagram has strictly been for sharing pictures with one another. Created on October 6,2010 by Kevin Systrom and Mike Krieger, within the first 2 months Instagram had over One Million registered users and by 1 year, over 10 Million!
