The Usb Flash Drive was made by Pua Khein-seng, Dov Moran, and the company M-systems.This being made was impactful because it allowed people to basically move around with their computer. This device has many with the most known ones being storage, data backup, and transferring files. It’s a way to transfer your files from one device to another just using the Usb Flash Drive. Looking into the more advanced uses, it can also be used to make a mix up or to install games. -
Ipod
This was the first type of electronic device made by Steve Jobs and Tony fadell to listen to music. The first version of the ipod could only be used to sort and play multiple songs but it started the idea of creating mobile phones. The shape and idea is what eventually made iphones and other apple products. Ipods were very popular as they could hold 1,000 songs. More models in the future led to messages and calls being implemented along with apps being a feature as well. -
MySpace
Myspace was the first social media to be released followed by facebook being invented a year later. It was invented by Tom Anderson and Chris Dewolfe and it was the first app to have this concept of connecting with others and communicating worldwide. It also allowed people to be entertained in the moment and in the future because many people use social media today. Social media is also a job for many influencers and this had really positive effects on the economy. -
Youtube
Youtube was used to publish and distribute videos internationally by Jawed Karim, Chad Hurley, and Steve Chen. The creators described Youtube as a video version of an online dating service. Many people also had and have Youtube as a job and the expanded the types of jobs avaliable. The original slogan was “Tune in, Hook up” where people were to post videos of themselves explaining their ideal type, but this idea didn’t work out. It is now an entertainment app used internationally. -
iPhone
Unlike the ipod, iphones, made by Steve Jobs, Imram Chaudhri, and Apple, had a bigger screen which allowed the device to be more convenient than the ipod, that used a stylus. Now, iphones could be used with a finger and its features were voicemail, email, web browser, threaded text messaging, youtube, google maps, ipod music, and a video player app. The iPhone is used worldwide now and made everyday life easier being a mobile phone using the internet.
