    The company was founded by Nolan Bushnell and Ted Dabney in 1972. It was a breakthrough at that time and led to the boom of home video consoles which gave way to the Xbox and Playstations that we use today.
  • Donkey Kong Game and Watch

    Donkey Kong Game and Watch
    Donkey Kong Game and Watch was released by Nintendo in 1982 as a portable version of the arcade game of the same name. It is one of the first games that introduced us to Super Mario because Mario was already in the Donkey Kong game as a carpenter trying to save Peach.

    Brick Game was introduced in China in the early 1990s. It took inspiration from the Russian game Tetris invented by Alexey Pazhitnov. While Gameboy from Nintendo was the leading product in the market then, Brick Game gained its popularity as the more affordable alternative.

    Aki Maita and Akihiro Yokoi of Japan created Tamagochi in 1996. It was a keychain with an LCD screen where a digital pet thrives. The goal is to keep the pet alive by taking care of it using commands built in the device.

    Taneli Armanto who works for Nokia created this game which became a staple in all of Nokia phones that went out in the market. It was widely used to pass time by kids and adults alike as an entertainment feature of their mobile phones.
