First Fighter Jet
The first fighter jet was created by the French and took down about five German planes. The plane itself was a normal plane except with steel propelers so it would be bullet proof from the machine gun strapped onto the top of the plane. The Germans were soon able to duplicate this plane except they made it so that the propeler move in time with the gun.
