The iPad was so successful in sales, it caused a plummet in sales for PC devices.

    Inventor: Jeff Bezos. The Kindle Fire (now known as the Amazon Fire) was a line of tablet computers from Amazon.com. The tablet measured 7 inches with IPS technology. The tablet ran in a custom version of Google's Android operating system called Fire OS. The tablet enhanced lives with its features of Reader, allowing to read books digitally and to download certain apps made for the tablet.

    Inventor: Rohit Prasad. Amazon introduced a virtual AI assistant called Alexa in 2014. It was a voice-activated system that would answer by saying "Alexa..." following the command. People were able to ask Alexa about research, the current weather, news, ordering food, controls within the house, streaming music, and many more. With voice command AI systems, the future is most likely to use these more than looking them up themselves.

It is also portable when the joysticks are connected to the tablet. It was another impact in the video game industry because of its hybrid features, and the high-quality graphics of its videogames. It sold millions of copies once it was released.
