The first web browser was created in 1990. Originally called the WorldWideWeb, to avoid confusion was later renamed Nexus. This invention changed history because it now meant the internet could be accessed by a much larger amount of devices. It included more people in the advancement of technology. -

The first text message was sent by Neil Papworth in 1992. He sent the message to a colleague from his computer, but the message was received by his colleague's phone. The text message read "Merry Christmas". -
