Company, AOL (America online), one of the largest internet providers, had announced it acquired Time Warner for $164 billion in stock, and eventually merging on January 10th 2010. After the downfall of AOL, this event would be referred to one of the biggest mistakes AOL did, and giving way to other providers. -
