HoloLens- Microsoft
This is one of the coolest inventions in my opinion. This HoloLens allows you to be a part of a virtual reality in real time. I have used this for work, and it has made being in meeting and explaining things so much easier. You can draw and make notes on "your screen" in real time for other to see. You can also use HoloLens for building items. At my work, we use it to make building parts easier. A user can bring up a PowerPoint that is used in AR to give them a step by step in a 3D blueprint. -

I know this is a bit corny but this app has consumed our lives and has managed to take over the game in short form content. This app has also really helped small businesses get off the ground in recent years.
