iMac G3
I remember returning to school and the library had 10 of these computers. I mostly used it to play computer games. they also came in a variety of colors but the first color was this teal one.
The iMac, which retailed for only $1300, had two 12Mbps Universal Serial Bus (USB) ports (a first on the Mac), an IrDA port, a keyboard and a mouse. It also features a 24X CD-ROM drive and a built-in 15-inch monitor. all so very exciting at the time. -
In-Car GPS Navigation
I remember this thing was always tangled and took forever to boot up.
Originally developed by the Department of Defense as a military system, GPS has become a global utility. In 2000, it was stated, users will realize a dramatic improvement in GPS accuracy with the discontinuation of SA. This increase in accuracy will allow new GPS applications to emerge and continue to enhance the lives of people around the world.
Now we have google maps on our pocket computers. -
Nook eReader
I love reading. So the Nook would have been my personal compact library. I loved the idea but i also love the feeling of actually having a book. I already stare at screens all day, having a book gives me a break. -
Amazon FireStick
The amazon Fire Stick is great. When we take road trips, we usually use the fire stick at hotels so the kids still have their favorite shows with them or movie on the lawn and plug this into the pocket projector. Parent Hack. -
