Amazon prime video is a video subscription service that was developed by Amazon and launched on 2006.
It is unique, as a new subscription service was added to Amazon. Project was temporary as their deadline was the day that the service was launched. The outcome of the project was an online video streaming subscription service that gave subscribed members exclusive benefits. -
Netflix Streaming Service Launch. The purpose is to increase subscribers.
In 2007, Netflix added an online streaming option. This project was unique because it was a new service for the company. It was temporary because they had a set deadline to launch the service.
The outcome of the project was a new way for subscribers to use their service - as an online video streaming platform. -
Nintendo Switch Release. The purpose of this project was to enter Nintendo in mobile gaming market
The Nintendo Switch is a gaming console that was developed and released by Nintendo in 2017. The purpose of the project was to design and produce a console that would enter Nintendo into the mobile gaming market and increase sales. The project for the Switch was temporary, as its design started in 2012 and was launched in 2017. Roots Music Festival: The purpose of the music festival is to showcase local Filipino artists at UP's week-long fair
The project was executed by University of Philippines. It's unique because this event is for their students and the general public. It's temporary because it only happens in one day in the week-long fair. The outcome is a successful music festival showcasing local Filipino artists. Fun fact: This event is attended by 10,000 people annually. -
Loy Krathong and Candle Festival. The purpose is to celebrate Loy Krathong in Sukhothai while showcasing the “essence of Thailand in multiple artistic fields”

SIAM Songkran Music Festival. The purpose of this project was to create an iconic event in Bangkok
This project was executed by Show DC Corp. It's unique because this was the first music festival executed by Show DC Corp. It's temporary because it happens once a year. The outcome is a music festival. According to its CEO, Goh Soo Sing, “‘Combining international and Thai music talent, Thai cuisine, culture, performances and shopping, as well as huge water battles over four days, we aim to showcase the “sanook” (happy) side of Thailand”. -
The NBA Bubble. The purpose of the event was to create a safe way to finish the basketball season
The NBA needed a safe, corona virus free way to finish the basketball season. A temporary 'bubble' of teams, coaches and other essential persons was formed, and the rest of the season was completed over 8 weeks.
It was unique because the NBA was the only major sporting league to do a complete bubble for a long period time with such a high success rate.
It was temporary as it was held from July 7, to October 11.
The outcome was a bubble of 22 teams where the rest of the NBA season was played.
