    Reminders and Countdown (Both internal and external): Post reminders about the upcoming hackathon, emphasizing the remaining time until the event. Agenda and Logistics (Internal flyer only): Share the detailed agenda for the hackathon, including registration time, team formation, project submission deadlines, and any other important logistical information. Provide clear instructions to ensure participants are well-prepared.
