Mexican Constitution
Created by DeWitt's colonists, they created the first constitution for the Republic Mexicans. The Constitution was composed of 7 titles and 171 articles. -
Convention of 1832
Their pledge to support Santa Anna. This event was held in San Felipe and appointed Santa Anna as thier leader. This was the first of many events which led to the Texas Reveloution. -
Battle of Gonzales
The battle took place between the Texas and Mexian troops. It was the last Battle before Mexico gained its independence. Texas had a total of 25,000 settlers.
