The US and the USSR, France, the UK and China attended to this conference. for the issue of Korea they didn't adopt any declarations or proposals.On Indochina, the conference produced a set of documents known as the Geneva Accords. These agreements temporarily separated Vietnam into two zones.

    On June 20, 1963, the United States and the Soviet Union established a “hot line” communication system to lessen the threat of a nuclear war. The agreement was a small step to reduce the tensions between this two country after the Missile Cuba Crisis, 1962. The United States had discovered that the Soviets were building missile sites in Cuba and a possible nuclear conflict was avoided only when Khrushchev agreed that his country would not install nuclear weapons in Cuba.
