Jewish internment camps were created where people were tortured and brutally killed. Gas chambers were sometimes used to kill lots of people at once. Those who followed Hitler were called Nazis.

    Pearl Harbor was an attack that took place in Hawaii, USA. Bombs were dropped by the Empire of Japan, killing a large number of people. This event is what forced the United States to enter World War 2.

    World Trade Center Attacks
    9/11 sparked the beginning of what is now called the War on Terror. These attacks were brought about by the Taliban in Iraq who sent terrorists onto multiple airplanes. As the airplanes were overtaken by these terrorists, they crashed into the twin towers in New York, sending them crashing to the ground.
