Frank Louis Neuhauser (September 29, 1913 – March 11, 2011) was an American patent lawyer and spelling bee champion, who won the first National Spelling Bee in 1925 by successfully spelling the word "gladiolus. He was 11 years old when he won the spelling bee.

CALL FOR COMPETITION
In a general meeting with students the public call is made for students who wish to participate in the fourth spelling bee contest -
REGISTRATION OF STUDENTS
Students will voluntarily enroll in the contest. -
SEMIFINAL
The teachers of the Humanities Area will provide a list of the words in English. There are two phases: the first is celebrated in two days distributing to the 6th, 7th and 8th grades one day and 9th, 10th and 11th the following. -
FINAL
It is held in a public auditorium before a jury made up of professors. The participant will have to spell a word chosen at random that will be pronounced with an accent. In the first round, which is sudden death, you will have a minute to spell the word and in subsequent rounds the time is 45 seconds. The letters can not be rectified. The student must continue to spell words and the winner is the contestant who spells the most words correctly. -
