He looked for the 7 cities of gold.His guide for the second part is the turk. Fray marcos the guide for the the first part of the trip was killed because he didn't take him to the 7 cities of gold.He discovered palo duro canyon and the grand canyon. He reported that the 7 cities of gold where not real stopping exploration for 150 year. -
