This mission's goal was to study asteroids and find out what made them different from the meteors that entered earth's atmosphere. It was the first spacecraft to orbit and land on and asteroid. It launched on February 17th, 1996 and last made contact with Earth on February 28th, 2001. -

These two rovers were launched by NASA to study Mars's surface and find out more about it's past. The first rover was laucnhed on June 10th, 2003. The second rover was launched shortly afterwards and landed on January 24th, 2004. This rover stopped operating in 2010. However the first rover is still going strong. -
