I would give a 50% coupon on any drink or food out to all my remaining customers. I would send them through direct mailing through the mail. This will improve promotional strategy because most people will see they are getting half off of anything they want and will most likely come and buy something. -
Coupon Plan
25% off of all black coffee. I selected this promotional strategy because it’s 25% off for everyone with a whole drink. This will improve the restaurant because people will come and get a deal over driving to a different coffee location. -
Traffic Builders
Free Pure soul coffee mugs to the first 200 customers. This gets people to come to our cafe because everyone likes free stuff and if you have to be in the first 200, it makes you want to go sooner than later. This will improve the image because we are spending money on our customers and doing something generous. -
Product samples
Free pastry samples outside of the store to sway people into coming inside and buying something. Will be distributed to high populated areas that have busy streets and will see the free samples outside and want to buy some. This will improve the restaurants because some people will take the free samples and want a coffee to wash it down or just want more pastry if they enjoyed it. -
Incentives
Do a raffle and give out free Pure soul for a year similar to what chick-fil-A has done in the past. This will get people interested and promote our company.
