Release Punch Card
Every ten times you purchase a coffee, you get a coffee or sandwich for free. A punch card is a good idea because it builds loyalty and inspires people to come to our shop more often. -
Release Coupons
Our coupon will be a light blue piece of paper that reads in large print “30% off non-coffee items”. These coupons will be given out with every coffee, and will not be stackable. -
Begin the "Money Mocha" Sweepstakes
We will have a new menu item called the “Money Mocha”, where if you purchase it we take down your phone number and name. Every month, we pull a name from our “Money Mocha Bank” and give that person a 30 dollar gift card. -
Begin giving out samples for the "Money Mocha"
Before someone buys our “Money Mocha” we will offer a taste test. We do this because we are focused on customer satisfaction, and the Money Mocha is a big profit driver. -
Give out Mugs!
Once a month we will give out coffee mugs to the first five people that come into our restaurant. We will change what they look like every month. -
Second round of the "Money Mocha" sweepstakes
Assuming the first round creates lots of buzz, we will do a second dose of the "Money Mocha" sweepstakes. The first attempt at this will raise popularity, so there is lots of interaction expected with this round of sweepstakes. -
Collect and analyze results
It is important to take a step back and look at how our promotional plan has made or lost us money. If this has saved our company, we should keep going but not completely use the ideas. If it didn't work, we should come up with a new plan very quickly.
