Johanna Solf
Johanna Solf was the leader of the Solf circle. She was born in November 14, 1887. She had a husband but he died shortly before the Solf circle was created. They had one daughter, her name was Lagi von Ballestrem -
The big decision
This event is when the Nazis decided that they did not like the Jews and wanted to get rid of them. The supreme leaders had decided into mass murdering all Jews. They believed Jewish people were not needed in their community and the way to get rid of them is to kill them. -
The Nazis beginning
This is when the Nazis created death and concentration camps. This is one of the many events that lead the Solf Circle into creation. -
Hitler was appointed Chancellor
This event is when he was elected into office. After this election he slowly began to show people that they were the greatest country and no one could stand with them. They believed it and everything escalated from then. Mass murders, concentration camps and labor. -
"Killing factories"
The Nazis made camps to kill all unnecessary Jewish people who have done all the labor they needed them too or are not needed. These camps were so torturous, traumatic and kill millions of people they referred to them as killing factories. It makes since that if someone saw this or was in one that they would want to resist. -

Evangelisches Landerziehungsheim für Mädchen is the name of the school that Elisabeth von Thadden founded. This is the school she worked at and had her ashes spread around the school after her death. -
Johanna Solf's Husbands death
Johanna's husband died in 1936. This helped Johanna decide she wanted to make a impact before she died, and she started her ideas by creating The Solf Circle in 1936. -
Solf Cirlce creation
This is when the Solf circle was created, they were a group that helped Jews escape. They did this by housing them and giving them fake identities that helped them pass threw security to freedom. -
1st war declared on Germany
This event is when Britain and France declared war on Germany. They declared war after they invaded Poland. -
Poland Invasion
On September 9th, 1939 Germany invaded Poland and took over their land. This confused Poland because Germany was the one who wanted to sign a univalent term so they wouldn't have problems. -
Pearl Harbor
This is the event that got the US involved into the war. The Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor, a American navy base near Honolulu. They managed to destroy 300 planes, 20 navy vessels and 8 battleships. -
Ending of the Solf Circle
The ending of the Solf Circle happened during the Berlin Tea party. There information was leaked and they were tracked down and poorly tortured until death. -
Elisabeth von Thadden
Elisabeth von Thadden played a big part in the Solf circle existence. She used her Birthday as a excuse to have more Solf circle Meetings. All though she invited a Swiss doctor which ended up being the reason that the Solf Circle had ended. -
The Betrail
Reckzeh was the brains of the operation. Reckzeh went to the tea party and schemed out all the plans and told the government their plans and their names. This lead to the end of the Solf Cirlce. -
Exucution
This event is when the Solf circle had talked about killing Adolf Hitler. This lead to people getting arrested and further investigation on the group. -
Otto Kiep almost gets arrested
Otto Kiep almost gets arressted. Otto was a German Consul General in New York and is asscoiated with another resistance group called the Kreisua circle. Otto defected to the Bristish before the Gestapo. -
The reopening
The school reopened after the war. Her friends and family helped ou and did the things she wanted and reopened it. The school is open still this day -
Hitlers Death
This is the day a very bad man died. He caused millions of deaths and tortured many people until they didn't wanna live. He committed suicide instead of being turned in because he knew how he would be treated. -
Johanna Solf's Death
Johanna died in November 4th,1954. She was a proud survivor of the Holocaust. -
Nazis end
The Nazis where finally overthrew and surrendered to the US. This is a very memorial day because everyone was finally free and didn't have to worry about their life's. All though there was a lot of friends and family lost it gave them a reason to live on threw out their lives.
