    Army officers lead 3,000 people to protest againste Nicholas 1. This became a big uprising. Nicholas 1 came in trone when his father died. The revolt was not just one single event it was many events. There were multipe protest and fights that broke out. this was signifigant because of the soical and economic improvements

    Nicholas II becomes czar of Russia
    He becomes the czar from 1894-1917. He inherited the throne after his father died. Not many people liked him, because he failed to underestand politics and economics. He was more disliked then liked, and people did not want him as their leader. it was signifigant for him to become czar because it was passed down from his family.

    This is consitered the war that started it all. When russia entered the war they had an army of 1,400,000 people. more people joined over time. Czar nicholas wishes he would have lead the army but a general did instead. Between 900,000-2,500,000 russians died and over 2,000,000 wonded. There were many battles in the war. The war left russia in big debt. No one had food and many people were mad because of how many people died during the war.

    This is one of the bloodiest days of all, because of the masacure. After bloody sundy Nicholas was nicknamed bloody Nicholas, because of the way he handled bloody sunday. The massucure that happened on bloody sunday was named the start of the revolution, and thats why it was signifigant. There were strikes on worker and families.

    This was around saint petersburg. During this time in russia there were lots of changes. March 8 started the March Revolution, and it started with 30 thousand workers going on strike. That led to demonstrations and riots. Eventualy nicholas 2 steped down and royalty came to an end in russia.On March 10 the rioters got even more mad which then caused more riots. This was signifigant because it was the end of royalty so it changed the way the government was run.

    He was forced to abdicate the throne. Riots broke out and caused bad things. City comrades were sent out to restore order. Nicholas abdicates the throne to create peace but it doesn't create peace. All of his family is killed. Many people didnt care that nicholas 2 died because they didnt like how he handled bloody sunday or WW1. This was signifgant because this was the end of royalty and the change of the government.

    This is the Russian Civil War, and the main sides where the white and the red.The red army defeted the white army. Red were communists and the white was opposed the communists. there were other forces faught such as the green army and was based out of Ukarine. About 8 million people died in the Russian Civil War.

    The SSR aproved the creation of the USSR. The USSR stands for union of soviet soicalist republics. In late December Russia, Belo, ukraine, and the trainscaucasin republic formed constiution of the USSR. This new communist state succeded the russian empire. First conutry to be basied on marxist socialism.

    He was the leader of the soviet union. He was sick for 3 years and had 3 strokes thought it was from metal oxidateion from the bullets in his body. He suffered a brain hemmerage, and fell into a coma. His death was signifigant because he was a leader, and was founder of bulshiviks.
