The First Nations said they would only trade with France if the French would be their allies, The Algonquin wanted help in wars against the Haudenosaunee. When the time came, Champlain joined a raid with the Algonquin against the Haudenosaunee. The French helped the Algonquin win some battles.

    In 1764, James Hargreaves invented the Spinning Jenny. The Spinning Jenny is made up of a metal frame with eight spindles attached to it. A single wheel controlled eight spindles which created a weave using eight threads spun from a twisted piece of wool.

    In 1773, over 100 American colonists dressed up as Mohawks and protested against the British government, They boarded three ships in Boston and destroyed a fortune of tea. The Americans threw over 300 chests of tea into the water to show their anger. They acted this way because they were told they had to pay high taxes on the tea. This was one of the main events that led up to the American Revolution.

They would be arrested because they were considered a threat. Anyone who stood up against the government or broke the rules, would be executed immediately.
