We grew up working in the saw mill, the corn mill, and on the farm.

We worked on the farm out whole childhood. I remember picking pepper, cotton and corn for days

My family owned a store on our property. I used to work there and sell goods and gas. We also raised cows, horses, chickens. We picked cotton on our propertty and had a garden.
Times have changed. There is so much traffic now a days -

Me and my sister went to gainsville and got caught speeding. We got taken to the county jail and mom and dad had to come get us out.

My favorite recipes are cocnut cake and craklin cornbread. This was the year i learned how to cook (before marriage). I used to cook the cornbread in a big black skillet outbehind the house.
