    Metoo It went viral in 2017 as a way for victims of sexual assault to have a voice and speak out about their unfortunate experiences. It was a way for victims to share with others. I can't help but feel it helped so many across the world to know they weren't alone.

    The Shooting at the Marjory Stoneman Douglas school in Florida. The shooting was shocking to many, with so many innocent victims. Much of when on in the aftermath sparked calls for change in gun laws. People across the nation took to social media, organizing protests such as school walk outs, all in the demand for change.

It a hashtag that's been going around the various social media as a way to campaign, encouraging people every where to wear masks to help slow the spread of COVID-19.It's definitely sparked debate from people who support mask wearing, and those who oppose it.

With recent events such as the death of George Floyd, we've seen a stronger push for reform so we don't have more victims of violence against the black population. We see it everywhere on social media, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter just to name a few.
